How is this different from Chargeflow?

Chargeflow is built for Shopify eCommerce. DisputeRadar is built for course creators & info-product sellers on Whop, Kajabi, Thinkific, Teachable, and Stripe direct. We pull from your CRM (Close, HubSpot) and course platform (Kajabi etc.) — they don't. Also: we charge a flat fee, they take a % of recovered. One $497 recovered chargeback pays for our Pro plan for 2.5 months.

Will my customers' data go to your servers?

No. DisputeRadar runs entirely on your Windows machine. It connects to your own logged-in browser sessions for Whop, Kajabi, Close, Gmail. We only see your license key when the app phones home to verify it. We never see customer names, dispute amounts, or evidence files.

Do you guarantee I'll win?

No — we're explicit about that. DisputeRadar builds the strongest evidence packet possible from your data. The bank still decides. Most creators in our internal beta saw 70–90% win rates on "Fraudulent" claims with active product usage, but every case is different. We don't make outcome guarantees and you shouldn't trust anyone who does.

Does it auto-send customer emails?

Never. Every customer email is created as a Gmail draft for you to review. You click Send. We learned the hard way — auto-sending under your name to your customers without your eyes on it is how you accidentally email "Dear [INSERT NAME]" to 50 customers. The radar finds and prepares; you decide and send.

What payment platforms do you support?
